Start a conversation with a personal AI agent by explaining what you need, what context matters, and what kind of output would help you. You do not need a perfect prompt.
A simple formula is: "I need help with [situation]. My goal is [goal]. Please help me create [plan, tracker, checklist, draft, or decision guide]." For example, you could say, "I want to build a calmer morning routine, but I keep running late. Help me create a simple checklist I can actually follow."
The more personal context you add, the better the result. Mention timing, preferences, constraints, what has failed before, and what tone you want.
A good opening conversation also sets up the second one. Before you finish, ask the agent what it has learned about you so far and have it save one preference and one open task for next time.
Close your first conversation with a small deliverable. Even a three-line summary of what you want help with gives the agent an anchor and gives you proof the exchange produced something.
With Macaron, the opening conversation doubles as setup: the preferences, goals, and tone you express while talking become working context, so there is no separate configuration step to get right.
