Usage allowance and conversation length are separate constraints. The help center describes five-hour session and weekly usage limits for paid plans; consumption also depends on model, conversation and features. A long document can fit the context but still consume the available usage budget. A large context window is not an unlimited-work promise.
For current information, Claude's web-search guide describes source retrieval with citations. In the interface with a search control, enable Web search from the + menu; the new experience can search without that toggle. Team and Enterprise access can require an owner to enable the workspace capability first. Search and direct-page retrieval consume usage allowance. Open the cited source before relying on a recent claim; model knowledge and retrieved evidence are different inputs.
For consumer Free, Pro and Max accounts, the privacy guide gives Settings → Privacy → Help Improve our AI models. Turning it off changes future model-training use, with stated exceptions for safety-related processing and separate feedback handling; it does not undo training already started or make a conversation confidential. Commercial products have separate terms. This review read the controls documentation but did not change or test an account's settings.
The artifact guide distinguishes legacy artifacts from the newer templates introduced on September 16, 2026. Sharing behavior still depends on artifact type and workspace. A moving-box example is an illustrative task, not evidence that Claude cannot build an organizer.
For source-based drafting or a small reusable artifact, evaluate the available creation tools in the current account before paying for more usage. Basic artifacts are not exclusive to a paid plan or to Macaron. A paid allowance may matter when the chosen model and material repeatedly hit limits; a larger context window alone is not an unlimited-work offer. For personal organizing, compare whether the saved interaction and fields fit the task, then verify their behavior.
