If one publicly available exercise meets your need, examine it before paying for a broad library. A subscription can make more sense when you expect to use a range of meditation, sleep and focus formats regularly. Coaching or clinical services have separate access conditions and should not be assumed included in every content subscription.
Headspace's current Ebb subscription landing page displays an annual offer at US$69.99 after the trial, renewing each year. Its 2026 renewal help also lists Solo at US$69.99 before taxes. This is a published US annual-offer reference, not a universal quote for every channel, family/student plan or promotion. Read the exact trial and renewal amount before accepting your offer.
For a direct subscriber, the help article gives Profile → Settings → Account & Subscription to inspect the upcoming renewal rate. Apple and Google purchases use the store's subscription list. The help page says promotional discounts revert to the listed full price when the promotion ends. Canceling future renewal and obtaining a refund remain different questions; no account billing or cancellation was tested here.
Try the public Basics sample if the question is whether guided attention is a format you want to repeat. A sleepcast such as Slow Train is a bedtime-listening choice; a Focus course asks for active practice, while focus music can accompany another task. Consider a library subscription when you expect to use several of those formats and accept the actual renewal terms. None is a substitute for clinical assessment when that is needed.
