Build with Macaron
Macaron, I’ve been feeling a bit lost lately.
I’ve been working for three years, but it feels like I’m stuck and don’t know what the next step should be. Some of my colleagues have gotten promoted, others have moved to different teams. I want to make a change too, but I honestly don’t know what I’m missing.
I’m thinking maybe I should first figure out what I’m actually good at, and then compare that with the skills required for my target roles.
It would be great if there were a place that could organize my skills and project experience, and then match them against industry requirements.
Also, I’ve been learning a lot of things, but it’s all scattered and lacks a system.
If someone could help me plan a study roadmap, assign tasks, and track my progress, that would be so much better.
Every once in a while, I’d love to get a summary showing which stage I’m at now, and what gaps I still need to fill.
I don’t want to keep running around aimlessly—I want to clearly see how far I’ve actually moved forward.
