Build with Macaron
Macaron, I've recently started taking fitness seriously, and I want a little tool that helps me check in every day and record my training—like which exercises I did, how much weight per set, and how long I trained.
I’m a bit indecisive, so could you also recommend some exercises? Based on my goal—muscle gain, fat loss, or body shaping—give me a few suggested workout combos.
When recording, I’d like to just pick an exercise and quickly fill in sets, weight, and time, without typing everything from scratch. After each check-in, can you give me a line of encouragement? That would really boost my motivation.
I also want to see weekly frequency and trend changes. Can you auto-generate charts showing whether I’ve been slacking lately? That way I can adjust my plan in time.
If I do an especially heavy workout one day, remind me to stretch and relax, and suggest some moves—ideally with images or illustrations showing how to do them.
And finally, if I keep it up for several days in a row, reward me with a little badge or illustration! Nothing too complicated—just something that makes me feel accomplished and that I can collect.
